The founders of ErAn Consulting have a long history in digital marketing. With backgrounds at Microsoft, Facebook, and Google, we have acquired a skillset few can match. ErAn was born partly from this expertise, and partly from our recognition of a genuine need on the market for a high-quality performance marketing agency with a clear, client-first focus.

 

MARKETING AGENCY LANDSCAPE 

Many marketing agencies were, and still are, focused on PPC (pay-per-click) or PPI (pay-per-impression). We do not work this way. If you are not selling anything, if you are not generating leads, or if the leads you do generate are of poor quality, clicks and impressions are meaningless.

Another issue with many agencies is high staff turnover, which leads to outdated knowledge and inconsistent service.

That is what we set out to change.

Julian is German and a former Quality Manager at Google. He has years of experience working with several of Europe's largest SaaS and e-commerce companies, making him one of the world's foremost experts in digital marketing and e-commerce. His passions include NGOs, alternative energy, water resources, and reaching the perfect customer for every client. Julian is also a self-taught AI user, applying machine-learning insights to campaign optimisation and data analysis. Julian also love to travel to see new cultures and experience new things.

Tommy Boman​

Tommy is Swedish and has a long background in marketing, spanning email marketing and telemarketing through to digital marketing and Web3. He also has many years of leadership and management experience from luxury hotels, resorts and from international giants such as Facebook and Google. Tommy is an expert in lead generation, particularly within the hospitality sector, which he considers a personal passion. Tommy is also, just as Julian, a self-taught AI user, leveraging emerging tools to enhance targeting, creative testing, and automation.

Despite his love of travels and hospitality Tommy is afraid of flying - he compensates this with an affection of trains and boats.
